The building consist of:
- 8 facilitated rooms (total number of beds 34);
- Restaurant – conference halls, with 80-100 person capacity;
- Small conference hall – in the sight tower, with 10 persons capacity;
- Conference hall (up to 25-35 persons);
- Sauna and a swimming pool, equipped with back current and additional massage spurts and relaxation room;
- Outside terraces;
- a sports equipment rental.
